After a breakfast of the bananas and yogurt that I had bought the night before, I went out to find the bus to Perast. It was easy to find outside of the city walls next to the farmer's market at Map Location: 42.423586, 18.770866 . The Blue Line bus comes by about every 30 minutes and costs one euro. It only takes about 15 minutes to get to Perast.
In Perast there are a lot of boats taking tourists to the Lady of the Rocks Church island for 5 euros per person, round trip. They let you stay on the island for about 20 minutes.
Instead of taking the bus back to Kotor, I took the Elettra boat taxi which leaves from behind the bus stop at Map Location: 42.485924, 18.698432 . The boat ride was very scenic and cost 3 euros and took about 50 minutes. It made one stop along the way in Stoliv. In Kotor it docks at Map Location: 42.426344, 18.767754 .
We got back to Kotor at about 15:00 and had a coffee in the Square of the Arms, right inside of the main gate entrance to the Old Town. As I sat there with a great view of St. John's Fortress towering high above the old clock tower, it rained for the first time in about a month. It poured rain for about an hour and soaked a lot of people.
