The van from the Rayna Tours picked me up at the Hotel Moscow at 08:30. We picked up a few more people and then met the big tour bus of the south side of Dubai. It was about a two hour drive to Abu Dhabi.
There are seven emirates in the United Arab Emirates and each one is like a little separate country. Abu Dhabi is the capital and isn't as touristy as Dubai. We went by the huge palaces of the important wives and relatives of the Sheikh and the most expensive hotel in the world, the Abu Dhabi Emirates Palace Hotel.
The most interesting stop was at the massive and incredible Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the largest mosque in the country, which can accommodate 40000 worshipers.
We also stopped at a few other places and at the beach for photos. We had lunch at a buffet place with a lot of Indian dishes which was delicious.
By the time I got back to the hotel it was 20:00. I messed around for a few hours and then took a taxi the short ride to the airport for my flight to India.
