Sunday, Hiking in Snowdonia National Park

Betws-y-Coed, United Kingdom
Sunday, April 7, 2019
I went in the morning for a short walk and ended up making an epic loop to Capel Curig and back. The trail went by the big Swallow Falls Waterfall and then the Ugly House where I had a coffee. The scenery was excellent all along the way with sheep meandering in the lush greenery. Then it changed to rolling grasslands with views of the big mountains. Most of the hike to Capel Curig was along the Snowdonia Slate Trail.

I had Yorkshire Pudding for lunch at a cafe on the way back. The hike was almost 20 km and I got back to Betws-y-Coed after 17:00.
