一 One - yee

二 Two - are

三 Three - sen / san (pronounced between 'sen' and 'san')

四 Four - suh (short sound)

五 Five - woo / wu

六 Six - leo / lio

七 Seven - tchee

八 Eight - baa

九 Nine - teo / tio

十 Ten - shee

For the next ten numbers 11 through 19, just start them with 十 (ten - 'shee'), for example:

十一 Eleven - shee yee (10 1)

十二 Twelve - shee are (10 2)

十三 Thirteen - shee sen (10 3)

For the twenties, each starts with 'are shee' (2 10), for example:

二十 Twenty - are shee (2 10)

二十一 Twenty one - are shee yee (2 10 1)

二十二 Twenty two - are shee are (2 10 2)

二十三 Twenty three - are shee san (2 10 3)

This pattern continues on for the thirties, forties on upwards:
